A good option when the reference desk is closed. When the desk is closed the Live Chat link goes to e-mail. A librarian will reply to your e-mail during the next business day (the next time the desk is open).
A good option if you want personalized research help with a librarian. Research Appointments are typically 30 minutes to an hour long. Groups appointments are welcome, just let us know how many students will be attending so we can plan to meet in a larger space if needed. Use the button on this page to request a research appointment. Research appointments are available seven days a week.

Reference Desk hours are typically Monday-Thursday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm, and Sunday 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm. The Reference Desk is closed on Saturday.

Virtual meetings in Microsoft Teams are a good option for distance students with complex questions. In Teams we can see the same screen and discuss search strategies. You can schedule a virtual research appointment using the Make an Appointment button on this page, just select online as your preferred meeting format.
