For more than thirty years, ALA's Let's Talk About It has supported reading and book discussion groups in libraries across the United States.

Past discussion topics for the reading groups have covered a wide variety of themes, including women's autobiography, Japanese literature, Jewish literature, African American migration, work in America, children's classics for adults, the Civil War, and Native American literature.
